I order delivery. The pizza and food is quite good. No question there. I'm a huge fan of the BBQ chicken pizza. But the delivery and service and people...horrendous. Delivery takes forever and the food is almost always cold. And every person that answers the phone sounds like they're being inconvenienced and just can't wait to get off the phone. I've put up with it for the overall food quality, but no more. Capri in Tarrytown is a better option.
